Wonderful family hotel with amazing host, clean and comfortable room, close to Samara flag monument, safe parking for motorbikes, helpful receptionist.

We loved staying at this hotel! Best aspects were the cleanliness, comfortable beds, kind staff, and convenient location near family. The hotel facilities were adequate and parking was available on site. The breakfast was not mentioned, but we enjoyed the coffee and croissants.

This hotel boasts a clean, cosy and elegant ambiance, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. the friendly staff members were attentive and accommodating, providing useful information about the local area, and secure parking options with vehicles. the hotel's location is situated near Samara flag monument and within close proximity to local stores and dining options.

There was a lack of breakfast options; the only available food was a croissant and coffee.

The location of the hotel was very practical, it was just a few minutes' walk away from the city center. the cleanliness of the rooms was quite impressive. the rooms were spacious enough to make us feel comfortable.

The communication with the receptionists was complicated. One of them could only speak Bulgarian and Russian, but we managed with some difficulty.

My only negative experience during my stay was that the front door was locked during the night. It was a bit inconvenient to have to disturb the receptionist every time I wanted to come or go late at night.
